The rumors of “Mean” Joe Greene’s demise were greatly exaggerated.
On Friday, March 20, rumors surrounding the death of the Pittsburgh Steelers legend started making the rounds on social media with fans offering prayers for his family. There’s only one problem: he isn’t dead.
The rumors started to swirl on social media on Friday, with an erroneous report claiming the 79-year-old four-time Super Bowl champ died, according to TMZ, which received official word from the Steelers, who revealed he is very much alive.
