Miranda Kerr has given fans a glimpse into her very strict daily routine as she revealed the secrets to her supermodel glow.
The health-obsessed mum-of-four walked through her morning and evening rituals step by step in a new interview with LYMA's Power Woman series, a product she also swears by.
The Australian model, 42, begins her day at 5am to catch the sunrise from her bedroom to 'naturally balance' her circadian rhythm.
It's at this point she does Vedic rounding, a technique combining yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Before meditating with her 15-year-old son Flynn at 6am, Miranda pops downstairs for a glass of lemon water, makes celery juice and finishes with a coffee.
The health fanatic explained she has taught Vedic meditation to her three eldest sons, which they practice daily.
Miranda shares Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom as well as sons Hart, seven, Myles, six, and Pierre, two, with husband Evan Spiegel.
She said in the interview: 'Each of my kids, except the baby, have been taught Vedic meditation and they each have their own mantra.
'It's something I've been practicing since I was 17 and it's key to my connection and devotion.
'As an adult you do it for 20 minutes but for my children, my six year old does it for six minutes, seven year old seven minutes and so on.'
She added: 'This New Year, he [Flynn] said: "Mum, I want to meditate with you every morning at 6am and do it for 20 minutes."
'On the days that he does it... he's like, "I really noticed a difference. I felt much calmer the days I did it."'
After she finishes meditation, Miranda uses her LYMA laser for 15 minutes across her body, face and neck before putting on her morning skin care routine.
After completing her rigid routine, full-time mum Miranda takes her children to school twice a week, while her husband does the other three days.
To end her day, Miranda winds down with an early family dinner at 4.30pm and ensures relaxing music is played throughout her house.
Having been up since 5am, Miranda gets into bed at 8.30pm and completes a second round of laser therapy.
Speaking about being an 'early bird', she explained: 'I wake up every morning between 5am and 5.30am, I'm quite an early bird.
'I naturally wake up so it's been years of practice because I was naturally a night owl before I met my husband and we've been together 12 years this year.
'I remember one of the first Friday nights we spent together and he's like, "Okay, let's go to bed." I'm like, "It's like 8:30pm." And he's like, "Yeah, let's go to bed."
'Now I absolutely love it.'
On incorporating her routine into her children's, she continued: 'I get them to bed early and then I have time for myself I put relaxing music on throughout the whole house at like 5pm and dim the lights so I can naturally help my kids wind down.
'I put the baby down at 5.30pm because it's getting dark. The kids and I eat at 4.30pm which is a little bit early.
'And then I get into bed and put on two mats - a cell optimizing mat and my web laser device mat.
'I do this routine for 15 minutes with the Lyma lazer. I then put on the milky mushroom mask and it really plumps the skin, it's an overnight mask.'
Declaring her ultimate goal is to be a 'grandma with great skin', Miranda said she wouldn't rule out having a face lift in the future.
She explained: 'I know quite a few people that have had facelifts and they really love the results.
'It's not something that I'm actively thinking of at the moment because I'm happy with where I'm at. But you just never know until you're in that situation.
'I've always said to myself that I want to be a grandma with great skin. That's my aim. So that's what I'm going for.'
